OTi-2158 USB 2.0 to SD/MMC Bridge Controller

The OTi-2158 presents a cost-effective device which complies with Universal Serial Bus specification rev.2.0 multimedia card (MMC) specification rev.4.0 and Secure Digital (SD) card specification rev 1.1. With OTi’s SOC design expertise, OTi-2158 is single chip solution to provide the bridge function between the USB bus and SD/MMC interface.

The OTi-2158 uses 12MHz crystal and slew-rate controlled pads to reduce the EMI issue. With embedded PLL control circuit and integrated RISC CPU, SD/MMC and USB interface controller, this device can certainly grand you the optimize data throughput between USB and SD/MMC interface with very low cost.

This controller can operate in Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME, and Mac OS without any driver. The OTi-2158 is available in 48pin LQFP to provide low-cost solution.
